Lorraine Randell

Lorraine is a strategist and social systems designer working in the space between innovation, design, and social policy. She holds a Master of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation from OCAD University, where her research focused on opportunities for organizational change through design education. Lorraine has over 20 years of design experience to support human-centred innovation and the development of organizational change, and has provided innovation consulting and design training services across a spectrum of organizations from both private and public sector, from large enterprise to grassroots organizations. Currently, she teaches Strategy Development in the OCAD U Strategic Foresight and Innovation program, and she works as an innovation consultant and design trainer with clients such as Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), OMERS, UNICEF Canada, Toronto Employment and Social Services, Red Bull, IGM, and the Canadian Mental Health Association.
