Sean Danchuk

Sean Danchuk is a visionary strategist and entrepreneur who's on a mission to revolutionize red teaming as a profession, and to disrupt the way business and governments approach planning and strategy.

As the founder of Redcraft Consulting Inc., a boutique consulting firm that helps organizations embrace creative conflict, form a challenge function capability, and break free from groupthink. Just as he pushes the limits for his organization clients, he’s on a crusade for the next generation of veterans to become skilled, confident and gainfully employed as red teaming professionals impacting meaningful change in their homeland.

A proud Canadian veteran, Sean brings a unique perspective and skillset to the table, honed through his service to National Defence, and Masters in War Studies. As a management consultant, he's worked with top brands and startups alike, helping them navigate the complexities of innovation and growth.

When he's not disrupting the status quo, Sean is being a family man, passionate about spending time with his wife and children and giving back to his martial arts community. And, rumor has it, he's also a Starbucks snob with a penchant for collecting coffee mugs from his favorite travel spots (his wife says it's a "mug addiction"). But instead of subjecting his clients to dad jokes, Sean's more likely to break out into a mean impression of Christopher Walken or Nicolas Cage during a meeting. In the Archipelago of Design, Sean is a beacon of critical thinking and problem-solving.
