Rear-Admiral (ret.) Pierre-Marie Borgeal is the former Director of the Department of Leadership and Innovation at the École de Guerre in Paris and a rising voice for the exploration of design in French Armed Forces. RADM Borgeal has over 20 years of experience in management and strategy at the Joint Military level as well as 20 years of experience in engineering and management in the French Navy.
