Daniel Hulter

Daniel Hulter is an active-duty US Air Force Master Sergeant, writer on the subject of culture and innovation, and founder of Agitare, a community of practice for facilitators of sensemaking and design frameworks such as design thinking, HCD, Cynefin, futures, systems thinking, and more.

His passions include promoting principles of facilitation, continuous discovery, and facilitated practices to help DoD offices and organizations grow better culture, innovate, and navigate complexity. He currently works as a facilitator and designer at AF Cyberworx, where he designs and runs workshops and research efforts to get after Air Force and Space Force problems.
