Jeffrey van der Veer
Royal Netherlands Army Major Jeffrey van der Veer is an Artillery officer with 20 years combined service and multiple tours in the Former Yugoslavian Republic of Macedonia, Uruzgan Province Afghanistan and the Netherlands overseas protection/ security mission in the Netherlands Antilles.
Jeffrey holds a Master’s degree in Military Strategic Studies with specialization War Studies. He was and still is involved in researching, emulating and the teaching of Design thinking into the Netherlands Army.
Currently Major van der Veer attends the German Advanced Command and Staff College at the Führungsakademie in Hamburg. Where he lives with his wife Nitta and their three children.
